What is the ACP?
At The Herd, we know that funding your creative hobbies isn't easy. That is why we have introduced an Artist Compensation Program (ACP) for our Volume 3 publication.
We will be offering compensation of
CAD$20
for all artists featured in
The Herd Volume 3
What is the ACP for?
The CAD$20 is designed to compensate artists for some of the time or money spent creating their work to be submitted for publication. This money can help with the purchase of tools, software or equipment associated with the creative process.
Who is eligible for the ACP?
Anyone whose work is submitted, reviewed through our peer-review process and selected for publication in Volume 3 will be eligible to receive compensation through our program.
We will be selecting a maximum of 20 works to be published in Volume 3.
Where does the money for the ACP come from?
The Herd is generously supported by TakingITGlobal, the Government of Canada, and Canada Service Corps.
